介绍了一个300MW抽水蓄能机组状态监测分析诊断系统,研制该系统的目的是为抽水蓄能机组适时针对性维护提供依据与手段。分析了300MW抽水蓄能机组结构、运行特点和常见故障。在此基础上对抽水蓄能机组的振动状态监测分析诊断系统硬件构成与传感器布置进行了介绍。通过需求分析,给出了功能结构模块、数据流图,最后是实施系统的简介与总结,本软件系统基于WINDOWS-NT网络平台,已成功投入运行。
The condition monitoring and diagnosis system of a 300MW pumped storage unit is introduced. The purpose of this system is to provide the basis and means for timely and pertinent maintenance of pumped storage units. The structure, operation characteristics and common faults of 300MW pumped storage unit are analyzed. On this basis, the hardware configuration and sensor arrangement of vibration monitoring and diagnosis system of pumped storage unit are introduced. Through the demand analysis, the functional structure module and data flow diagram are given. Finally, the introduction and summary of the implementation system are completed. The software system has been put into operation successfully based on the WINDOWS-NT network platform.
