“一带一路”战略为国际投资商及承包商带来新的机遇,本文以巴基斯坦私人投资水电工程BOT模式下的EPC总承包合同报价组成为例,对比分析“营改增”前后总承包商投标报价体系的变化,提出中国投资商国际EPC项目的合同模式选择、项目管控模式、主体合同架构拆分等应对策略及建议。
The strategy of “Belt and Road” brings new opportunities for international investors and contractors. This paper takes the quotation of EPC general contract under the BOT model of privately owned private investment in hydropower projects in Pakistan as an example. By comparison and analysis, The change of bidding system for general contractors, the countermeasures and suggestions on the selection of contract mode, project management and control mode, and the disassembly of the main contract structure of international investors for EPC projects in China.
