为比较绣球属(Hydrangea)不同栽培品种的光合特性,以9个绣球属品种为试材,对其气体交换、叶绿素荧光及叶片叶绿素含量进行研究。结果表明,‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片的光合速率、反映光能利用率的叶绿素荧光指标和相对叶绿素含量高,而在‘Murasaki kobai’、‘贝拉安娜’、‘红额’和‘无尽夏’中较低;相反地,‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片非光化学淬灭均小于其他品种,而这些指标在‘Murasaki kobai’和‘贝拉安娜’中较大。综合参考这些指标,‘Zorro’和‘Lemon Web’叶片的光能利用能力较强,是适合光下栽培的耐强光性绣球品种,而‘Murasaki kobai’、‘红额’和‘贝拉安娜’叶片的光合能力较弱,‘红额’的耐荫性最强,适合弱光下栽培。
In order to compare the photosynthetic characteristics of different hydrangea cultivars, nine Hydrangea cultivars were used as experimental materials to study the gas exchange, chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll content. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate, the chlorophyll fluorescence index and the relative chlorophyll content of the leaves of ’Zorro’ and ’Lemon Web’ were higher than those of ’Murasaki kobai’, ’Bellana’, ’Red’ and ’ On the contrary, the non-photochemical quenching of ’Zorro’ and ’Lemon Web’ leaves was less than that of other species, and these indices were larger in ’Murasaki kobai’ and ’Bellana’. With these indicators in mind, the ’Zorro’ and ’Lemon Web’ leaves are light-efficient and light-resistant hydrangea varieties suitable for light cultivation, while ’Murasaki kobai’, ’Reds’ and’ Bellana ’Leaf photosynthetic capacity is weak,’ red ’shade tolerance strongest, suitable for low light cultivation.
