为了大型可展开天线可靠、精准地在轨展开,研究了一种天基光学监视系统。通过该系统不但可以实时监测天线展开情况,还可以进行天线展开的动力学分析,为大型可展开柔性机构设计、异常发现与分析等提供必要信息。在分析系统任务特点的基础上,介绍了监视系统方案,包括相机方案、视频传输方案、图像处理及射频调制方案,并对运动目标图像检测识别技术以及展开动力学分析技术等系统关键技术进行研究,进行了运动目标图像识别试验和天线展开动力学分析试验。试验结果证明系统对天线靶标的运动识别以及靶标动力学分析有很好的效果,证明了该系统可以有效地完成大型可展开天线的监测任务。
In order to develop reliable and accurate large-scale deployable antennas in-orbit, a space-based optical monitoring system was studied. The system can not only monitor the antenna deployment in real time, but also perform dynamic analysis of the antenna deployment to provide the necessary information for large deployable flexible mechanism design, anomaly detection and analysis. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the system tasks, this paper introduces the monitoring system scheme, including camera scheme, video transmission scheme, image processing and RF modulation scheme, and studies the system key technologies such as moving target image detection and recognition technology and dynamic analysis technology , Carried out the moving target image recognition test and antenna unfolding dynamics analysis test. The experimental results show that the system has a good effect on the recognition of the antenna target and the dynamic analysis of the target. It proves that the system can effectively accomplish the task of large deployable antenna.
