2006年8月佛山国资委为优化资源配置,打造大型投融资公用事业型企业集团公司,对供水、燃气和电力投资集团为主体整合进入新设立的佛山公控公司。2013年6月为了落实“大国资全覆盖”的政策,佛山国资委再一次将佛山市属的金融投资、建设投资和火炬园公司整合进入佛山公控公司。本文以佛山公控公司两次企业重组财务资源整合的实际和重组取得了的效果。实际证明财务资源的整合是实现跨行业的集团公司成功重组的有效途径。
August 2006 In order to optimize the allocation of resources, Foshan SASAC has built a large-scale investment and financing public utility enterprise group and integrated the water supply, gas and power investment groups into the newly established Foshan Public Company. In June 2013, in order to implement the policy of “big national coverage”, Foshan SASAC once again integrated Foshan’s financial investment, construction investment and torch company into Foshan Public Company. In this paper, Foshan Public Company Corporation twice the restructuring of financial resources and practical integration of the restructuring achieved. The actual proof of the integration of financial resources is an effective way to achieve the successful restructuring of cross-industry group companies.
