目的通过对一起食源性疾病暴发事件的调查,查明事件发生的原因,为治疗和预防此类事件的发生提供科学依据。方法通过对这起事件的共同进餐者、就诊单位的医生及事件发生场所有关人员进行面对面的调查,了解事件发生的经过,利用流行病学、卫生学知识和实验室检测结果,分析和推断事件发生的原因。结果本次食源性疾病暴发事件,有46人共同暴露,其中有23人发病,罹患率为50.00%;潜伏期为8.5~26.5 h,平均潜伏期为18 h;该事件发生原因是患者进食了被肠炎沙门菌污染的食品引起的。结论此次事件由肠炎沙门菌污染食品引起。食品从业单位应加强防范,树立食品安全意识,监管单位应加强对此类送餐企业的监管,避免此类事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of an outbreak of foodborne diseases and provide a scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of such incidents. Methods Through the co-meal of this incident, the doctor of the visiting unit and the relevant personnel at the place where the incident occurred, we got to know the incident and made use of epidemiology, hygiene knowledge and laboratory test results to analyze and infer the incident What happened. Results The outbreak of food-borne diseases, 46 were co-exposed, of which 23 were attacked, the attack rate was 50.00%; incubation period of 8.5 ~ 26.5 h, the average incubation period was 18 h; the incident occurred because the patient was eating was Salmonella enteritidis contaminated food caused. Conclusion The incident was caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella enteritidis. Food practitioners should strengthen prevention and establish a sense of food safety, regulatory agencies should strengthen the supervision of such delivery companies to avoid such incidents.
