基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立了较为详细的SS7E机车在弹性结构轨道上的动力学仿真分析模型,详细的考虑了牵引电机的弹性悬挂与各部件之间的止挡.结合试验结果,对模型及其仿真计算结果进行了验证.结果表明,试验值与仿真计算值吻合良好,该模型能够用来分析SS7E机车的动力学性能.最后,针对该机车在实际运营过程中出现横向非线性异常振动现象,进行了机车二系横向减振器阻尼大小及工作状态对机车舒适性影响等方面的研究.
Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics, a more detailed simulation model of the SS7E locomotive on the elastic structure track is established, and the elastic suspension of the traction motor and the stop between the components are considered in detail.According to the test results, The results of the simulation and the model are validated.The results show that the experimental values are in good agreement with the simulation results and the model can be used to analyze the dynamic performance of the SS7E locomotive.Finally, in view of the lateral nonlinearity of the locomotive during the actual operation, Abnormal vibration phenomenon, carried out the second-class locomotive damping capacity of the lateral shock absorber and working conditions on the locomotive comfort and other aspects of research.
