我院 1993～ 1998年采用超选择性动脉灌注化疗加胃周血管离断术治疗不能切除的晚期胃癌 6 7例 ,现将随访观察结果报告如下 :1.材料与方法 :本组病例 6 7例 ,男5 4例 ,女 13例 ,年龄 2 2～ 76岁 ,平均年龄 5 6 6岁。原发性胃癌 6 1例 ,胃癌术后复发和残胃癌 6例。临床上有上腹
In our hospital from 1993 to 1998, we used superselective arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with peritoneal vascular dissection to treat 67 cases of unresectable advanced gastric cancer. The follow-up observation results are reported as follows: 1. Materials and methods: 67 cases in this group There were 54 males and 13 females, aged from 2 to 76 years old, with an average age of 566. There were 61 cases of primary gastric cancer, 6 cases of recurrence of gastric cancer and residual gastric cancer. There are clinically upper abdominal
