以S809、S815和S825这3种S系列翼型为对象,探讨SST k-ω湍流模型封闭常数β*的取值对风力机翼型气动特性数值模拟结果的影响。首先围绕S809翼型展开,发现调整β*可显著改善翼型轻失速阶段数值模拟的准确性,且其最佳数值在不同迎角和一定雷诺数范围内恒为常数。S815翼型与S809翼型适用相同的最佳β*数值,而S825翼型则有所差异,说明在S系列某翼型上校正得到的最佳封闭常数,有助于改善该系列其他翼型的数值模拟结果,但不一定仍是最佳数值。研究结论有助于在有个别实验数据校正的情况下改善风力机翼型的数值模拟准确性,也具备用于改善风力机叶片数值模拟准确性的潜力。
The effects of the closed beta β * on the aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine airfoils are discussed based on the three S-series airfoils S809, S815 and S825. First of all, based on the development of S809 airfoil, it is found that the adjustment of β * can significantly improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation of airfoil light stall stage, and its optimum value is constant at different angles of attack and a certain Reynolds number. The S815 airfoil and the S809 airfoil use the same best β * values, while the S825 airfoil is slightly different, indicating that the best closed-loop constant corrected on an S-shape airfoil will help improve the other airfoils in the series The numerical simulation results, but not necessarily the best value. The conclusions of the study are helpful to improve the numerical simulation accuracy of wind turbine airfoils with some experimental data correction and also have the potential to improve the numerical simulation accuracy of wind turbine blades.
