阿尔巴尼亚的国土面积为2900km~2,人口为300万。铁路发展速度不快。阿尔巴尼亚第一条铁路长41.5km,从沿海的港口都拉斯到内地的佩钦,于1947年竣工。这条线路轨距为1435mm,平均坡度为7‰,最小曲线半径为500m。1950年又将该线路延长了35km 到爱尔巴桑。修建14座桥,6座隧道。延长段线路的曲线半径不小于500m,最大坡度14‰,钢轨为43kg/m,最大轴重21 t。1949年铁路连接了首都地拉那和海港都拉斯,并承担了这两个重要经济中心间的大量运输任务。铁路继续向北延伸到拉奇,1981年又从拉奇延长到风景秀丽的斯库台,再向前就可到南斯拉夫的边界。
Albania’s land area of 2900km ~ 2, a population of 3000000. Railway development is not fast. Albania’s first railway 41.5km long, from the coastal port of Durres to the mainland of Pechin, completed in 1947. This track has a gauge of 1435 mm, an average gradient of 7 ‰ and a minimum radius of 500 m. In 1950, the route was extended by 35km to Elbasan. Build 14 bridges, 6 tunnels. The curve radius of the extension section line is not less than 500m, the maximum gradient is 14 ‰, the rail is 43kg / m and the maximum axle weight is 21t. The railroad in 1949 linked the capital city of Tirana to the harbor of Durres and assumed a large transportage between these two important economic centers. The railroad continues to extend north to Rakh, extending from Rach in 1981 to the scenic Shkoder, before proceeding to the Yugoslav border.
