目的:观察多种因素对小鼠慢性皮肤溃疡模型的影响,探讨符合中医阴症疮疡证型特点的复合因素造模方法。方法:50只清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为5组:单纯皮损组、皮损+激素组、皮损+异物组、皮损+激素+异物组、空白组,每组样本各10只。将皮肤缺损、激素注射、异物植入三种因素叠加进行造模,观察小鼠一般状态、局部创面情况,定期测量体重及创面面积并计算创面愈合率;于造模后第14天处死小鼠并取材,进行组织学检测,观察各组小鼠组织切片毛细血管及成纤维细胞生长情况。结果:在体重增加、创面愈合率方面,皮损+激素+异物组均明显低于其他各组(P<0.05),在小鼠一般活动状态、创面形态、组织学检查方面,皮损+激素+异物组更表现出阳虚的特点。结论:皮肤缺损叠加激素注射和异物植入的复合因素造模方法能够良好反映中医阴症疮疡的辨证特点。
Objective: To observe the effects of various factors on the chronic skin ulcer model in mice and to explore the composite factors modeling method which accords with the features of syndromes of TCM vaginitis. Methods: Fifty clean Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: simple skin lesions, skin lesions + hormones, skin lesions + foreign bodies, skin lesions + hormones + foreign bodies, blank groups, . The skin defects, hormone injection and foreign body implants were superimposed on three models to observe the general state of the mice and the local wounds. The body weight and wound area were measured regularly and the wound healing rate was calculated. On the 14th day after the model was established, the mice were sacrificed And drawn, for histological examination, observed in each group of mice tissue sections capillaries and fibroblasts growth. Results: In terms of body weight gain and wound healing rate, skin lesions + hormones + foreign bodies were significantly lower than those in other groups (P <0.05). In terms of general activity, wound morphology, histological examination, + Foreign body group showed more features of yang. Conclusion: The combination of hormone injection and foreign body implanted skin defect modeling method of composite factors can well reflect the characteristics of TCM syndrome of Yin sore.
