CD14 主要存在于巨噬细胞、单核细胞和中性白细胞表面,它是一种分子量为53-55KD的糖蛋白,以糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)的形式锚在细胞膜上,为脂多糖/脂多糖结合蛋白复合物的受体。CD14 与配体结合后可触发机体的一系列免疫应答和免疫病理过程,在由革兰氏阴性菌引起的疾病的发生、发展和转归方面起着重要的作用。
CD14 is mainly found on the surface of macrophages, monocytes and neutrophils. It is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 53-55KD anchored on the cell membrane in the form of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) / Lipopolysaccharide binding protein complex receptor. The combination of CD14 with ligands triggers a series of immune responses and immunopathological processes in the body and plays an important role in the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of Gram-negative bacteria.
