自石油勘探开发以来,鄂尔多斯盆地一直被石油行业人士认为属于低压、低渗、低产油气田。但随着长庆油田开发方式的不断变革,地层压力在逐步变化,存在漏喷同存、气油比高、富含有毒有害气体等诸多井控风险,井控安全已经成为安全生产的重中之重。长庆区域工程技术服务系统经过多年总结、实践,形成一套系统的井控管理模式,特别是中石油集团公司“积极井控”理念的提出,为进一步做好井控安全工作奠定理论基础。主要是对川庆公司长庆区域工程技术服务单位在鄂尔多斯盆地施工时如何饯行积极井控理念进行阐述。
