以油酸钠为捕收剂,研究了钙离子活化后石英的浮选行为,当添加的捕收剂[OL-]=2[Ca2+]时,石英的浮选回收率最高。提出了表面化学反应是油酸盐浮选石英的主要机理;而半胶束反向吸附是过量油酸抑制石英浮选的主要原因。并从化学和热力学方面进行了分析。
Using sodium oleate as collector, the flotation behavior of quartz after activated by calcium ion was studied. When the added collector [OL -] = 2 [Ca2 +], the flotation recovery of quartz was the highest. It is proposed that the surface chemical reaction is the main mechanism of oleate flotation of quartz; and the reverse micelle adsorption is the main reason for excessive oleic acid inhibiting quartz flotation. And from the chemical and thermodynamic aspects were analyzed.
