针对飞机零件工艺装备结构相似、细节结构变化大的特点,提出了一种基于参数化模块的飞机零件工艺装备变型设计的方法。基于零件的相似性和工艺要求提取飞机零件工装产品族,在产品族内对模块进行划分与组合实现变型设计。基于设计结构矩阵的方法对零件工装进行模块划分,并对划分后的模块进行参数化设计。当有新的工装设计任务时,可以通过比对零件特征以及工艺找到对应产品族,通过产品族内模块选择与组合,并基于参数化修改达到快速变型设计的目的。最后以飞机常用钣金零件翻边成形模具进行实例验证验证。
Aiming at the characteristics of aircraft parts technology and equipment similar in structure and large changes in the details and structure, a method of variant design of aircraft parts technology and equipment based on parameterized module is proposed. Based on the similarity of components and process requirements, the assembly of assembly parts for aircraft parts is extracted, and the modules are divided and combined within the product family to realize the variant design. Based on the method of designing the structure matrix, the module is divided into parts and components, and the divided modules are parametrically designed. When there is a new tooling design task, the corresponding product family can be found by comparing the features of the part with the process, selecting and combining modules within the product family, and achieving the purpose of rapid variant design based on the parametric modification. Finally, the plane commonly used in aircraft sheet metal flange forming mold verification.
