生长锥功能异常可能是耐药性癫癎发生及发展的重要环节已受到关注,但其具体环节和参与因素并不完全清楚,而Rho家族在生长锥的形成和方向调整中可能起关键作用。Rho家族蛋白是Ras超家族G蛋白成员之一,截止目前已发现3个亚家族(Rho、Rac、Rnd)共10余种,研究证实其主要参与神经细胞的调节。Rnd蛋白是最新发现的Rho亚家族,近年来的研究显示Rnd家族与中枢神经细胞的突触塑形有重要关系,本文对Rnd蛋白的最新研究进展予以介绍。

Rnd protein is the newly discovered Rho subfamily. In recent years, studies have shown that there is an important relationship between the Rnd family and synaptic plasticity of central nervous cells. The latest research progress of Rnd protein is introduced in this paper.
