班子建设是基层建设的重点。从基层建设的实践看,有了坚强务实的领导班子,才有干事创业的干部队伍和出色的工作业绩。漯河市地税稽查局领导班子自2001年11月机构改革成立以来,以创建“学习型、实干型、创新型”领导班子为目标,按照“团结、求实、创新、廉政”的要求,练内功、强素质、树形象,大力加强领导班子建设,不断增强班子凝聚力、号召力和战斗力,有力地推动了各项工作的顺利开展。2002年,变补入库税款1096万元,同比增长148%,创建局以来最高水平;分别被省政府、市政府评为2002年度“整顿规范市场经济秩序先进单位”,连年被市局评为“目标管理考核优胜单位”。我们在班子建设中的主要做法是:
