职业教育是指让受教育者获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识、技能和职业道德的教育。激励理论是管理学的重要组成部分,是管理者在实现其领导职能过程中遵循的重要理论之一。职业院校教师虽然不一定是管理者,但教师对其教学对象在思想和行为上具有影响力,这时教师就起到了领导(或引导)的作用,所以教师要善于把激励理论运用到教学实践中,采用不同的激励措施,激发学生的创造力。
Vocational education refers to educating the educated people about the occupational knowledge, skills and professional ethics required for a certain occupation or production.
