现阶段中国的出版事业是中国特色社会主义的出版事业。在全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,中国出版既是融人世界出版的,同时也是具有自己内在特性和运行规律的。中国特色社会主义出版,既具有精神生产的属性,也具有物质生产的属性,具体来说具有三种基本属性,这就是意识形态性、文化性、经济性。换句话说,新闻出版业“既是党的宣传思想阵地,又是先进文化的基本载体,也是国民经济的重要产业”。这两句话表达的是同样的意思。这也是中国特色社会主义出版的基本问题。基本问题不能含糊。意识形态性是中国特色,文化性与经济性虽说是世界出版的共同主题,但在中国,出版的文化性、经济性也有着自己特定的内涵。
At this stage, China’s publishing industry is a publication of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the historical process of building an overall well-to-do society, China’s publishing is not only published in the world, but also has its own inherent characteristics and operating rules. The publication of socialism with Chinese characteristics has both the attributes of spiritual production as well as the attributes of material production. Specifically, it has three basic attributes: ideology, culture and economy. In other words, the press and publication industry is “both a position of propaganda and ideology for the party as well as a basic carrier of advanced culture as well as an important industry for the national economy.” These two words express the same meaning. This is also the basic issue of publishing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The basic problem can not be vague. Although ideology is a Chinese feature, its cultural and economic aspects are the common themes of world publishing. However, in China, the cultural and economic aspects of publication also have their own specific connotations.
