一、前言缓进给磨削工艺既可用于平面磨削又可用于外圆磨削,后者通常称为深磨。这种技术最早起源于欧洲,1958年西德ELB公司研制成第一台缓进给平面磨床原型,1963年正式在生产实际中应用。此后,由于机床、磨具和辅助设备的不断改进和完善,这种新工艺日益受到重视,且具有竞争性,磨削工件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和表面完整性都能得到明显的改进,即
