企业介入高职英语教学,与学校共同制定人才培养方案,使学生摆脱传统教学模式,所学知识与职业岗位紧密联系,培养社会和企业真正需要的人才,做到校企双赢。这种人才培养模式称之为“企业介入式模式”。研究表明,此种人才培养模式更符合社会对高职学生的要求。
Enterprises involved in English teaching in higher vocational schools, and schools jointly develop personnel training programs to enable students to get rid of the traditional teaching mode, the knowledge and professional positions in close contact and training of social and business really need talent, so that a win-win school-enterprise. This talent training model is called “enterprise intervention mode ”. The research shows that this mode of personnel training is more in line with the requirements of society for higher vocational students.
