随着经济的发展和城市建设进程的加快,建筑市场日益繁荣,施工企业之间的竞争进一步加剧,施工企业面临更大的竞争压力。施工企业需要在保证工期和质量的前提下,最大限度的降低施工的成本,将精细化的管理代替粗放型管理,取得企业的竞争优势,提高企业的盈利空间。本文对精细化管理的概念和意义进行了简单的了解,并在分析施工企业物资管理存在问题的基础上提出管理的策略。
With the economic development and the acceleration of urban construction, the construction market is increasingly prosperous, the competition among construction enterprises is further aggravated, and the construction enterprises are facing more competitive pressure. Construction companies need to ensure the duration and quality of the premise, to minimize the cost of construction, the refined management instead of extensive management, access to the competitive advantage of enterprises and improve the profitability of the enterprise space. This article has a simple understanding of the concept and significance of the fine management, and puts forward the management strategy based on the analysis of the problems existing in the material management of the construction enterprise.
