高科技企业激励机制的关键是形成一套有效、科学的内部财务激励体系。为了实现企业的战略目标,首先就必须解决人才队伍的建设问题。本文从人力资源的角度分析选择有效的财务激励方式,改革不适应发展要求的陈旧的激励机制以吸引人才、留住人才、凝聚人才。同时对高新技术企业的财务激励机制进行了研究,探讨了具体财务激励方式在激励机制中的应用,并验证了股票期权及虚拟股票在激励机制中应用的可行性和科学性。
The key to high-tech enterprise incentive mechanism is to form an effective and scientific internal financial incentive system. In order to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise, we must first solve the problem of building qualified personnel. This article from the perspective of human resources, select effective financial incentives, reform out of line with the development of obsolete incentives to attract talent, retain talent, unite talent. At the same time, it studies the financial incentive mechanism of high-tech enterprises, discusses the application of specific financial incentives in incentive mechanism, and verifies the feasibility and scientific application of stock options and virtual stocks in incentive mechanism.
