目的比较两种频率超声清洗机对宫腔吸引器头的清洗效果。方法将污染宫腔吸引器头240件随机分成A、B两组,A、B组各分6批,每批20件,分别放置在单频超声清洗机超声和三频数控超声清洗机。两组器械超声处理后即清洗,用目测和残留蛋白测试纸检测对比其清洁效果。结果两种超声方法对清洗效果的比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),三频数控超声效果较佳。结论三频数控超声清洗机能够保障宫腔吸引器头的清洗质量,达到预防医院感染的目的 。
Objective To compare the cleaning effects of two kinds of frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines on the suction head of uterine cavity. Methods Two hundred and twenty-four contorted uterine suction heads were randomly divided into two groups. Groups A and B were divided into six groups of 20 and each group was placed in single-frequency ultrasonic cleaner ultrasonic and tri-band digital ultrasonic cleaner. Two sets of instruments were cleaned after sonication, with visual inspection and residual protein test paper test to compare the cleaning effect. Results The results of two kinds of ultrasonic methods were statistically significant (P <0.05), and the three-frequency numerical ultrasound was better. Conclusion Three-frequency CNC ultrasonic cleaning machine to protect the uterine suction head cleaning quality, to prevent the purpose of hospital infection.
