从箭竹中纯化制备多糖,获得纯化的箭竹多糖组分FP(fargesia polysaccharides)。FP的总多糖含量为90.77%,蛋白质含量为5.81%,分子量180904。IR分析表明FP为典型的碳水化合物;化学成分分析表明,FP为一种结合蛋白肽的多糖复合物。FP对人白血病细胞K562和人肝癌细胞HepG2均具有显著抑制作用,呈现剂量效应,且FP对HepG2的抑制效果总体上强于K562。FP的高、中、低剂量组对小鼠S180肉瘤均具有显著抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),且呈现剂量效应。
The polysaccharides were purified from arrow bamboo to obtain purified fargesia polysaccharides FP. The total polysaccharide content of FP was 90.77%, the protein content was 5.81% and the molecular weight was 180904. IR analysis showed that FP is a typical carbohydrate; chemical composition analysis showed that FP is a polysaccharide complex that binds to protein peptides. FP inhibited human leukemia cell line K562 and human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect of FP on HepG2 was generally stronger than that of K562. The high, medium and low dose FP groups had significant inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and showed a dose-effect.
