目的 探讨加热时间与制首乌内在质量的关系。方法 以不同加热时间的加压蒸何首乌为研究对象 ,采用高效液相法测定其中游离大黄素和游离大黄素甲醚以及水解后总大黄素和总大黄素甲醚的含量。结果 加热时间对蒽醌类成分的含量变化影响较大。结论 可通过加热时间控制何首乌中蒽醌类成分的变化幅度
Objective To explore the relationship between the heating time and the internal quality of systemic Shouwu. Methods The pressure steaming of Radix Polygoni Multiflori with different heating time was used as the research object. The contents of free emodin and free emodin methyl ether and the total emodin and total emodin were determined by HPLC. Results The heating time had a great influence on the content of terpenoids. Conclusion The heating time can be used to control the extent of changes in the components of Radix Polygoni multiflori
