人才的竞争已明显呈现“国内竞争国际化,国际竞争国内化”的趋势。我国企业面临的人才竞争形势之惨烈,将是前所未有的。企业领导者如何应对人才竞争的国际化,是一个不能也不应该回避的问题。
Talent competition has clearly shown the trend of “internationalization of domestic competition and internationalization of international competition.” The fierce competition for talent in our country will be unprecedented. How business leaders respond to the internationalization of talent competition is an issue that can not and should not be sidestepped.
