我们在临床工作中,施行泪道探通术时感到市售探针短,易弯曲,使用时间长一点易折断。我科从1983年5月至1984年10月,用下鼻甲封闭针改制泪道探针,行泪道探通术共9例(14次)。单纯探通冲洗2例(4次),送线(马尾)4例(6次),注入药膏3例(4次),均收到较好的效果,无1例造成假泪道,效果优于市售探针,且用途多,介绍如下。制作方法选用下鼻甲封闭针4、5、6、7、8 We are in clinical work, the implementation of lacrimal surgery probe when the probe is short, easy to bend, the use of a little longer easy to break off.
