目的 :制备一种治疗卵巢囊肿的症瘕康胶囊剂并验证其临床疗效。方法 :采用直接粉碎成细粉及提取挥发油 ,水煎煮 ,浓缩 ,干燥等工艺制备胶囊 ,并用对照法验证疗效。结果 :本品有效率为 91 .3 % ,桂枝茯苓丸对照组的有效率为 60 % ,其疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :本品服用方便 ,疗效较好 ,值得推广应用 Objective : To prepare a kind of capsule for treatment of ovarian cysts and verify its clinical efficacy. Methods: Capsules were prepared by direct comminution into fine powder and extraction of volatile oil, decoction, concentration and drying, and the efficacy was verified by the control method. Results: The effective rate of this product was 91.3%. The effective rate of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the control group was 60%. The curative effect was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: This product is convenient to take and has good curative effect. It is worth popularizing and applying.
