为研究机车直线运行时车钩制动力对其安全性的影响,建立了车体载荷方程,在分析车体几何关系、车钩与车体受力关系的基础上,利用牛顿迭代法求解该方程,获得车钩复原角刚度与车体转角的关系,并提出保证机车直线运行安全性的必要条件.理论分析和仿真结果表明:为保持机车车体平衡,机车车体在两端车钩制动力的作用下,车钩复原角刚度应大于临界值,否则,机车车轮的轮缘会贴靠钢轨,机车有脱轨的危险.
In order to study the influence of lathe braking force on the safety of linear locomotive, a vehicle body load equation was established. Based on the analysis of the relationship between body geometry and coupler and vehicle body, Newton iterative method was used to solve the equation. The relationship between the corner stiffness of the coupler and the corner of the vehicle body, and the necessary conditions for ensuring the safety of the straight-line locomotive are proposed.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that in order to maintain the balance of the locomotive body, under the action of the braking force of the coupler at both ends, The stiffness of the coupler should be greater than the critical value, otherwise, the rim of the locomotive wheels will be placed on the rail, locomotives have the risk of derailment.
