我厂生产的甲板是一种高强度钢板,热处理后能获得较高的机械性能(屈服极限在140公斤/毫米~2左右)。生产的最大困难,是热处理时产生的变形需要特大功率的冷矫设备加以矫正,尤其是弯曲件的矫形,不仅效率低,质量差,而且劳动强度大;由于它的塑性较低(延伸率仅4~5%),冷矫时,易产生裂纹,使大量产品报废。因此,如何控制热处理时的变形是甲板生产的关键。
The deck that our factory produces is a kind of high strength steel plate, after the heat treatment can obtain the high mechanical performance (yield limit is about 140 kg / mm ~ 2).
