博物馆是人类文化遗产的守护神,亦是现代社会最为重要的文化空间,其不仅承载着典藏、展示、教育、研究和休闲等社会公共服务职能,而且亦逐步围绕藏品之获取与衍生品开发为核心内容开展文化创意产业活动。新时期,面对数字信息技术的挑战,博物馆必须革新自已的传统方式并思考如何使其藏品实现数字化向公众传播。为顺利完成与受版权保护作品的相关活动,博物馆版权限制与例外问题逐步成为学术界关注的热点,因而有必要对其中涉及的相关问题进行理论上的梳理,旨在加强对博物馆服务活动的正确引导与必要规制。
