随着电力体制改革的不断深入,电力企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。财务管理是电力企业管理运营中重要的组成部分,在信息化背景下,建立财务共享服务中心对提升电力企业核心竞争力有重要的现实意义。但在实施财务共享服务过程中,电力企业可能会面临很多风险,文章分别从优化岗位设置、制定规范化业务流程、加强信息共享平台建设、提升财务人员综合能力等方面有针对性地提出合理化建议,以期为电力企业顺利实施财务共享服务提供新思路,推动电力企业稳定可持续发展。
