采用气相色谱法研究了PLA薄膜中己二酸二丁基二甘酯(BXA)增塑剂在4种食品模拟物中的迁移情况,通过对色谱条件和样品前处理条件进行了优化,表明该方法具有简便、重现性好、定量准确可靠的特点。回收率为61.2%到113.6%,实验相对标准偏差在5%以内。PLA膜中增塑剂BXA在蒸馏水、3%乙酸、15%乙醇、异辛烷等4种模拟食品介质中的迁移量分别为0.057、0.143、0.215、1.938 mg/dm2,均低于欧盟指令规定的3 mg/dm2的卫生标准。
