高蛋白膳食对限食大鼠肠道抗氧化功能的影响

目的探讨高蛋白膳食对限食大鼠肠抗氧化功能的影响。方法Wistar雄性大鼠,按体重随机分成五组:正常对照组,喂15%酪蛋白合成饲料,自由摄食;限食1和2组分别按正常对照组摄食量的50%和30%对喂15%酪蛋白合成饲料;补蛋白1和2组分别按正常对照组摄食量的50%和30%对喂30%酪蛋白合成饲料。实验2w后处死大鼠,取血和小肠组织进行检测。结果与相应限食组相比,补蛋白组血清SOD以及肠粘膜和肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性均有升高的趋势,并且肠粘膜MDA和血清MDA含量显著下降。结论高蛋白膳食能改善机体及肠粘膜的氧化还原状态,减轻自由基的氧化应激损伤,对限食大鼠肠道抗氧化功能有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of high-protein diet on intestinal anti-oxidation in rats after food restriction. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight: normal control group fed with 15% casein synthetic diet and fed freely; the restricted group 1 and 2 were fed with 50% and 30% % Casein synthetic feed; Supplement protein 1 and 2 groups were fed 30% casein synthetic feed according to 50% and 30% of the normal control group respectively. Rats were killed after experiment 2w, blood and intestinal tissue were tested. Results Compared with the corresponding fastidious group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the intestinal mucosa and liver of SOD and GSH-Px in the albumin group tended to increase, and the content of MDA in the intestinal mucosa and serum MDA decreased significantly. Conclusion High-protein diet can improve the redox status of the body and intestinal mucosa, reduce the oxidative stress damage of free radicals and protect the intestinal antioxidant function in rats.
