选用地高辛标记的霍乱弧菌溶血素基因作为探针，对霍乱弧菌两种生物型的几株溶血菌株和不溶血菌株进行脱氧核糖核酸转膜杂交。结果表明霍乱弧菌两种生物型无论是否有溶血现象均存在着拷贝数不等的溶血素基因。其基因拷贝数目与有无溶血无一定关系。
Digoxigenin-labeled Vibrio cholerae hemolysin gene was used as a probe to probe DNA hybridization of several strains of hemolytic and nonhemolytic strains of Vibrio cholerae biotypes. The results showed that both biotypes of Vibrio cholerae had hemolysin genes with different copy numbers regardless of hemolysis. The number of gene copies with or without hemolysis is not related.
