以一株从海南五指山原始森林土壤中分离得到的对辣椒疫病具有防治效果的放线菌WZ60为研究对象,为提高菌株产孢能力,通过单因素实验和正交实验对放线菌WZ60两次固态发酵条件进行优化,并筛选出适宜的载体。实验结果表明,放线菌的最佳发酵条件为发酵基质水、黄豆粉、玉米粉、麸皮、沙土和大米质量比为120:7:7:10:40:100,培养温度28℃、发酵时间8 d、100 m L培养瓶中最佳装瓶量为50 g;在最优发酵条件下,确定了适宜载体为有机肥。
A strain of actinomycetes WZ60 isolated from the soil of the original forest of Wuzhishan in Hainan Province was used to control the pepper blight.
