随着全球信息通信技术的不断创新和提升以及人们消费观念的改变,传统的贸易市场交易增长逐渐放缓,跨境电子商务行业得到了突飞猛进的发展。本文以亚马逊和速卖通平台为主要研究对象,从运营模式、平台规则、物流管理等三方面来分析这两个平台的优劣势,为从事跨境电商业务的企业提供一些可行性建议。
With the constant innovation and improvement of global information and communication technologies as well as changes in people’s consumption attitudes, the growth of trades in the traditional trading markets has gradually slowed down and the cross-border e-commerce industry has enjoyed rapid development. In this paper, Amazon and AliExpress platform as the main research object, from the operation mode, platform rules, logistics management and other three aspects to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of these two platforms for enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce business to provide some feasible suggestions.
