探讨了零件参数允许差成本优化设计方法。介绍了允许差设计的成本优化原理，建立了参数误差成本的简单数学模型和应用实例。
This paper discusses the optimization design method of allowable difference of parts parameters. The principle of cost optimization which allows poor design is introduced, and a simple mathematical model of parameter error cost and its application examples are established.
