TEG脱水工艺因其工艺成熟、操作简便、技术经济相对合理等原因,已经广泛应用于净化天然气和低含硫天然气的脱水中。但是对于高含硫(>8%mol)的天然气,TEG在应用上还存在一定的问题。本文对传统的TEG脱水工艺进行了介绍,总结了高含硫天然气TEG脱水的特点,并结合工程实例探讨了高含硫天然气T E G脱水工艺的改进方法。
TEG dehydration process has been widely used in the dewatering of natural gas and natural gas with low sulfur content due to its mature technology, simple operation, relatively reasonable technical and economical reasons. However, for high sulfur (> 8% mol) natural gas, TEG has some problems in its application. This paper introduces the traditional TEG dehydration process, summarizes the characteristics of TEG dehydration of natural gas with high sulfur content, and discusses the improved method of TEG dehydration process for natural gas with high sulfur content with engineering examples.
