本论文介绍的是为进一步改进柴油机低温起动性能(起动性能、温度上升情况、排出白烟、臭气等)所研究的新方法。可以认为在控制柴油机燃烧性能的诸因素中,最重要的是压缩温度。它主要是依压缩前温度和压缩比而定的。如图1所示,如果把压缩前的温度稍加提高便可显著地改善燃烧性能。由此低温起动性能问题对于压缩比较小的增压柴油机来说尤为重要。
This paper presents a new approach to further improve the low-temperature starting performance of diesel engines (starting performance, temperature rise, white smoke emission, odor, etc.). It is considered that the most important factor controlling the combustion performance of a diesel engine is the compression temperature. It mainly depends on the compression temperature and compression ratio. As shown in Figure 1, the combustion performance can be significantly improved by slightly increasing the temperature before compression. The problem of low-temperature starting performance is particularly important for turbocharged diesel engines with lower compression ratios.
