铅可引起贫血、血红蛋白(Hb)合成障碍及红细胞(RBC)寿命缩短。本文主要研究铅与RBC寿命缩短及细胞膜变化的关系。研究方法:在一周内用200μmol/kg的醋酸铅注射大鼠三次,以核素~(51)Cr法确定细胞寿命。测定大鼠红细胞比积(Ht)、Hb、δ-氨基-γ酮戊酸脱水酶(ALA-D)活性和RBC膜唾液酸浓度,观察RBC形态变化。结果显示:第一次注射后,大鼠ALA-D活性显著降低。从第二次注射后,大鼠的Hb和Ht显著降低。从第二次注射后,RBC膜唾液酸浓度显著降低和RBC形态发生明显改变。结果表明:铅使RBC寿命缩短与RBC膜
Lead can cause anemia, hemoglobin (Hb) synthesis disorders and shortened life expectancy of red blood cells (RBC). This article studies the relationship between lead and RBC shortening of life span and cell membrane changes. Methods: The rats were injected three times with 200μmol / kg lead acetate within one week, and the cell life was determined by the radionuclide ~ (51) Cr method. The hematocrit (Ht), Hb, ALA-D activity and RBC membrane sialic acid concentration of rats were measured to observe the morphological changes of RBC. The results showed that after the first injection, ALA-D activity in rats was significantly reduced. Hb and Ht were significantly reduced in rats from the second injection. After the second injection, the RBC membrane sialic acid concentration was significantly reduced and RBC morphology was significantly changed. The results show that: lead to shorten the life of RBC with RBC membrane
