Studying the history of new Chinese movies inevitably requires various film phenomena related to the extraordinary period of the “Cultural Revolution.” Due to the complicated history of politics and the limitations of literary and artistic concepts, the previous disclosure of movie historical materials in this period was inadequately and systematically unscientific. The two articles published here are just the beginning of this topic. The analysis and evaluation in this paper are only the personal observations of the researcher. In contrast, the historical materials provided in the text are more worthy of attention and may be more valuable to researchers. As for the parties involved indispensably in the meantime, it is only a phenomenon in historical tide, which is by no means the evaluation of an individual. The magazine intends to organize experts and scholars, film practitioners, film lovers and other people, through interviews with parties, special studies, memoirs and other articles of different genres, the “Cultural Revolution” film conducted extensive and in-depth study. Welcome to draft.
