在线交易是一把双刃剑,在推动了网络交易技术的发展和商业经济的增长的同时,其本身固有的弊端也为消费者的权益安全带来不稳定性,最早的《电子签名法》只有三十六条,却无直接涉及此方面的内容规定,同年《电子支付指引(第一号)》其效力级别较低,也不能很好的解决有关问题。如何最大程度上保护好消费者在虚拟环境中的真实利益,从而更好发挥网络在线交易本身比较于传统显示交易方式的优点,造福消费者已经成为未来热点之一。
Online trading is a double-edged sword.
