薪酬管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,现代煤业(集团)薪酬制度一般沿袭传统企业薪等制和岗位薪酬制,而且绩效薪酬的确定没有规范的绩效考核体系做支撑,绩效薪酬没有起到有效的激励作用,企业制定的薪酬政策没有考虑企业长远发展的需要,缺少短期和长期相结合的激励机制。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法提出构建煤业集团新的薪酬制度应当从职工需要出发,从建立完善的科学的绩效评价体系入手,提出构建具有竞争力、吸引力的薪酬制度。
