弥漫性恶性间皮瘤(DMM)的诊断可能是病理医师在日常工作中遇到的最大挑战之一,迄今为止,通过形态学、组织化学、免疫组化及电镜检查等一系列的检测方法,均无法使DMM的诊断准确率达到100%。近期《诊断病理学杂志》连续刊文对DMM的病理诊断及免疫组化诊断进行了讨论。本文拟从分子诊断的层面介绍分子技术及其在DMM诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用,以期加深对DMM这一特殊肿瘤的认识,为全面了解DMM的病理现状及其新进展起到推动作用。
The diagnosis of diffuse malignant mesothelioma (DMM) may be one of the biggest challenges for pathologists in their daily work. To date, a series of detection methods such as morphological, histochemical, immunohistochemical and electron microscopic examination, Can not make DMM diagnostic accuracy of 100%. Recent “Journal of Diagnostic Pathology,” a series of articles on the pathological diagnosis of DMM and immunohistochemical diagnosis were discussed. This paper intends to introduce molecular techniques and their application in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of DMM from the molecular diagnostic level in order to deepen the understanding of this special tumor of DMM and to promote the understanding of the pathological status of DMM and its new progress.
