目的:建立巴豆油中佛波醇类的HPLC指纹图谱,为巴豆油的质量评价提供依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC,测定了10批巴豆样品。色谱条件为Thermo Hypersil Gold C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相水-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长235 nm。结果:在建立的巴豆油中佛波醇类指纹图谱中,10批样品HPLC指纹图谱相似度在0.884~0.991,确立了12个共有峰的共有模式。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,为评价巴豆油定性鉴别及内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of phorbol in croton oil and provide the basis for the quality evaluation of croton oil. Methods: Ten batches of crudis samples were determined by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were on a Thermo Hypersil Gold C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of water and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · L -1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength 235 nm. Results: The fingerprint of phorbol in 10 batches of samples was 0.884 ~ 0.991, and the consensus pattern of 12 common peaks was established. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for the qualitative identification and intrinsic quality of croton oil.
