SPA-1为一种小分子蛋白酶激活蛋白,目前在细胞及肿瘤中研究较多。在细胞中,SPA-1通过与不同的分子或者蛋白相互作用,影响Rap1三磷酸鸟苷酶活性,从而参与细胞功能的调节。在肿瘤方面,SPA-1在乳腺癌和白血病中的研究较多,大量临床研究发现SPA-1与乳腺癌有重要联系,而动物实验发现SPA-1与白血病有关,还发现SPA-1-/-的小鼠部分发生了狼疮样肾小球肾炎,猜测SPA-1在自身免疫疾病中起一定作用。但SPA-1在这些疾病中具体作用机制尚在进一步探索之中。
SPA-1 is a small molecule protease activating protein, and is currently studied in many cells and tumors.
