综述了近年来国内外聚硅氧烷阻燃剂的研究进展。以等离子化学法为代表的节能、环保的合成方法逐渐受到重视;线性聚硅氧烷可以同其它聚合物共聚以提高其阻燃性能,而带支链的聚硅氧烷则表现出更好的热稳定性、相容性和阻燃效果;聚硅氧烷与基体的相容性及其使用方法等对材料阻燃性能具有重要的影响。还对聚硅氧烷阻燃剂今后的发展进行了展望。
The research progress of polysiloxane flame retardants at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. Energy-saving and environment-friendly synthetic methods represented by plasma chemistry have drawn increasing attention; linear polysiloxanes can be copolymerized with other polymers to improve their flame retardancy, while branched polysiloxanes show better Thermal stability, compatibility and flame retardant effect; polysiloxane compatibility with the matrix and its use of such methods have a significant impact on the flame retardant properties. The future development of polysiloxane flame retardants is also prospected.
