基于飞机黑匣子的原理和思想,设计出一种运用于工业控制方面的数据记录仪。记录工业仪器实验过程中产生的试验数据,通过分析记录下来的试验数据,改进设备的设计。首先给出数据记录仪的设计思想,然后设计出系统的各个模块。为了提高设备的存储可靠性,使用冗余技术,采用缓存和乒乓存储模式解决传输数据与存储数据速率不一致的问题。通过编写测试程序,实现对设备的软件测试。证明该系统的设计符合应用要求。
Based on the principle and idea of aircraft black box, a data logger for industrial control is designed. Record the experimental data generated during the experiment of industrial equipment, and improve the design of the equipment by analyzing the recorded test data. First of all, give the design idea of data logger, and then design each module of the system. In order to improve the reliability of storage devices, the use of redundant technology, the use of cache and ping-pong storage model to solve the transmission data and storage data rate inconsistent problems.
